Return Policy


If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

 Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item(s).


There are three ways to request a return:

  1. Use the Chat on the bottom right corner to request an RMA 

  2. Email: to request an RMA 
    Details to include:
    1. Order Number
    2. Reason for Return
    3. Pictures/Video, if item(s) is defective/damaged
    4. Yes/No, if requesting a replacement/exchange

Refund Policy

To ensure a full refund for your returned item(s), the item(s) must be the same item purchased and in the same condition as originally shipped.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.


Defective/Damaged Items

If the item(s) you have ordered is defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We will replace the defective or damaged item(s), with item(s) of equal or greater functionality. 

The sell-through rate during the fall/winter season is quick. The earlier we are contacted the better chance we have of replacing your defective item(s) with the item(s) you originally purchased. 

We do not hold the Consumer responsible for return or replacement shipping costs in the case of defective or damaged items


Errors and Mistakes

House of Holiday is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to the following:

  • Potentially Fraudulent Orders: Orders that fail to pass our fraud screening process will be cancelled.
  • Incorrect Pricing: Orders that contain incorrect or erroneous pricing will be cancelled and refunded.
