House of Holiday Affiliate Program Privacy Notice

Affiliate Program Privacy Notice

How we look after your information as a House of Holiday affiliate

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This notice explains how House of Holiday collects and uses your personal information when you take part in our Affiliate Program. It covers you as an affiliate. For how we handle our shoppers' information more broadly, please see our main Privacy Policy. In this notice, House of Holiday is "we," "us," or "our," and you, our affiliate partner, are "you" or "your."

1.What we collect

To run the program and pay you, we collect information such as:

  • Your name and contact details, including your email
  • The social accounts and channels where you promote us
  • Your chosen payout details, for example your PayPal, Venmo, or Payoneer account
  • Tax information where it is required, such as a W-9 or your business tax number
  • Your referral, sales, and commission activity within the program

2.Why we collect it

We use your information only to run the affiliate program and support you within it. That means approving your account, tracking your referrals, calculating and paying your commissions, keeping the program safe from fraud, meeting our legal and tax obligations, and staying in touch with you about the program.

3.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners who help us run the program, and only as much as they need. These include our affiliate marketing platform, which powers your dashboard and tracking, and our payout and payment providers, which send you your earnings. We may also share information where the law requires it, such as with tax authorities.

4.Cookies and tracking

When someone clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is placed so we can credit the referral to you. This is how the program knows a sale came from you. If a shopper blocks or clears their cookies, we may not be able to see that referral. You can read more about how tracking works in our Affiliate Program Terms.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are part of the program, and for as long as we are required to afterward, for example to meet tax and accounting rules. When we no longer need it, we remove it.

6.Your choices and rights

Your information is yours. You can ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can leave the program at any time. Please keep in mind that some information may need to be kept for a while to meet legal and tax obligations, even after you go. To make any of these requests, just email us at anne@houseofholiday.com.

7.Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our program grows. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.

8.Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you would like to make a request about your information, we are happy to help. Reach us at anne@houseofholiday.com.

Thank you for being part of the House of Holiday family.
We look after your information the way we would want ours looked after.
